Food diary:

Lemon water

Oat flakes with dried fruit with coconut milk

Shake complete veggie protein mix (product) with spinach leaves and chilli and warm water

apple

sundried tomato with olives

chai tea

beetroot apple and turmeric juice

rye crackers with tuna flakes

green tea

homemade burger with locally sourced beef mince with homemade chips and salad leaves

Bottle beer and square dark choc 70%
