Food Diary:


Oats with dried fruit and coconut water

Shake made with veggie protein mix complete (product) spinach leaves and chilli made with water

handful of fruit and nuts

Leftover brown rice and mixed veg with chicken

Green tea

cup of homemade carrot soup

Water with 2 veg 2 fruit 2 berry capsules (product)

Spanish omelette( potato onion egg) with homemade chips

Green tea

2 squares dark choc 70% cocoa

mug hot water and lemom

  • note more water added today, hoping to gradually up my water intake !! training the body to take and absorb more water gradually is better than giving the body a sudden flood!! (source:Andreas Moritz “timeless secrets of health and rejeuvination”)
