Day 5~ whats the point?


Food diary:

Half a bowl of oats with milled linseed and chia seed mix, dried fruit and oat milk.

green tea

Complete veggie protein shake (product) fresh chilli,tepid water, spinach leaves.

Apple and small handful mixed nuts

Greek salad: Rocket leaves, shallot, avocado, tomato, olives, infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar ( I allowed 3 tiny cubes of feta :))

Slice of melon

Water with 2 fruit, 2 veg, 2 berry capsules (product)

Omelette with 2 eggs, grated sweet potato, shallot and chilli!

2 rye crackers

green tea

banana with melted cocoa powder with maple syrup


  • next week will kick off exercise in the routine! MORE WATER TOO …now that I’ve kicked the coffee habit!
